• Patients per hour: 8 to 10 (Must be comfortable seeing all ages)

• Coverage: Single

• Support: RN/APC

• Shifts/Schedule : 8-Hour Shift / Monday Friday 8a-5p

• Duration: Ongoing

• License requirement: Any state license accepted.

• Privileges: 30 days

• Licensure: Any State License
